We’re currently recruiting a Community Adviser and a Foodbank Adviser to work within outreach locations around the local community providing advice, support, and signposting individuals who are facing unprecedented times. You will be the frontline response to the cost-of-living crisis within the Medway Towns, including advising on all ‘generalist’ advice matters, tackling fuel poverty, referrals to foodbank, identifying unclaimed benefits and supporting our clients to find solutions to the problems they present. In short you will be making a real difference to people’s lives every day.

We’re also looking at recruiting a Security Guard / Receptionist to provide a smart, alert, visible and commanding security, and reception presence at the premises of our offices in Gillingham. As a Security Guard / Receptionist, you’ll have ability to communicate sensitivity and use de-escalation skills as required. Be alert and aware of any suspension behaviour with the ability to act and report appropriately. You will have the ability to abide by health and safety guidelines and share responsibility for own safety and that of colleagues.
