Medway Foodbank Advice Service

toaster_responsiblepurple.pngCitizens Advice Medway has partnered with the Trussell Trust and Medway Foodbank to provide a bespoke and comprehensive advice service across Medway that's designed to help lift people out of food poverty.

This partnership enables us to have a presence at each venue used to distribute food parcels by Medway Foodbank. Members of the public who visit one of these venues while the Medway Foodbank team are distributing food parcels can also approach our helpful team for advice on any issue. The focus is on the cause of crisis requiring someone to seek out food support. Our goal is to provide the advice needed to ensure people no longer experience food poverty.

This could be advice on financial capability, debt, benefits, employment, housing, or any other issue that's causing you to struggle to afford food.

If you have a food voucher you want to exchange for a food parcel, the venues you can visit and the times the Foodbank will be at these sites will be listed on your voucher. Our team will also be there to help so feel free to approach us and we'll see what we can do to help.

Contact us if you need a food voucher.
