HMCTS Form Filling Service

Citizens Advice Medway has partnered with We Are Group to provide support to those who cannot complete online forms for a number of different services offered by HM Courts & Tribunals Service.

If you have a form that's on the list below and you need support completing it online, you need to ring 0330 016 0051 to undergo an assessment by the We Are Group Team first. An appointment will be arranged with one of our Citizens Advice workers.

The forms that we can assist you with under this project are:

• Making or responding to a small money claim

• Applying for help with justice fees

• Applying for probate of an estate

• Applying for or responding to a divorce or dissolution of a marriage or civil partnership

• Making a plea for a non-imprisonable offence such as:
  • Driving without car insurance
  • Exceeding a speed limit
  • Failing to show a valid train ticket to train ticket inspectors
  • Failing to ensure a dependent child attends school
  • Being drunk and disorderly in public
  • Failure to have valid car tax
  • Failure to have a TV Licence

• Appealing a benefit decision (after a Mandatory Reconsideration) about one of the following:
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Bereavement Benefit
  • Bereavement Support Payment Scheme
  • Carers Allowance
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Employment and Support Allowance
  • Income Support
  • Industrial Death Benefit
  • Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit
  • Jobseeker's Allowance
  • Maternity Allowance
  • Pension Credit
  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Social Fund
  • State Retirement Pension
  • Universal Credit
