Support for the people of Medway

Foodbank Helpline

Citizens Advice Medway Toaster.gifCitizens Advice has partnered with the Trussell Trust to ensure nobody goes hungry in England and Wales.

Citizens Advice Medway is one of several local offices that have advisors working on behalf of a national helpline, so people have someone to contact if they are suffering hardship and/or struggling to afford food.

After calling the helpline, an eVoucher will then be completed by the advisor and they will refer you to your nearest Foodbank. Most Foodbank services are now operating by delivery; however, some may still require you to collect your food parcel in person.

The advisors are trained to ask you a few questions about the crisis you're facing to determine how best we can help to solve your issue and ensure you don't need to rely on Foodbank support long-term. This may include a referral to your nearest Citizens Advice office.

You can contact the Foodbank Helpline for free on 0808 208 2138 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. An interpreting service is available. Alternatively, fill in the form below and we will be happy to assist you.
